Geting this message everytime i try and connect to either server one or two. if i am banned could a reason please be posted ive not been online much/atall past week and all of a sudden i get this message.

Thread moved to a better location, and there is nothing on your URS about a ban.

No idea, only thing I can think of is a CPW ban which LFS issues, but there isn't anything in the chat logs about you receiving a CPW ban.

Ah correction, it seems you have received a CPW ban.

Chuck has unbanned you, so you should be able to join the server.
