Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): This user has rammed a multitude of users in a small timespan, following Carl exiting the server.
Many players were not pleased by his gameplay.
1:27:00:00 Hits Bombata, no apology
1:28:00:00 Merging in without looking, hits xxBobixx, no apology
1:30:45:00 Hits Sardjon, no apology, later he reports it with !report
1:31:45:00 Crashes, hits TangeruD1 Junior, still no apology
1:33:00:00 Hits [HD] Alena Glitch, still no apology
1:33:07:00 Dives into my side of the road, and i dodge him, no apology
1:33:53:00 [6S]GASS confirming him ramming Alena Glitch, no apology
1:34:17:00 After he makes JimBo dodge him, I chase him
1:35:20:00 He is busted, I place a caution sign and he tries to proceed the wrong way
1:37:00:00 I start talking to him
1:37:25:00 Pushes STaRFk while he's overtaking him, and proceeds the wrong way, STaRFk apologizes
1:38:30:00 People start telling me to report him, and Mr.OEM tells me he has been rammed 2 times.

The last 10 minutes of the replay show some horrendous driving and ignorant behaviour on his part. He hit numerous players and didn't apologise once—although I can't say all of it was fully intentional, that is unacceptable.

The user is currently banned for an unrelated incident, but his ban will be extended.
