Hi, It was my bad but I apologized immediately.
I'm sorry for making you stuck but it was not on purpose.

He clearly did not slow down for the chase ahead of him—you were on a straight road, so there was more than enough time and space to do so. He has apologised twice after hitting you though, so I believe it was unintentional.

User will receive a confirmable warning for ignoring visual sirens (1.15).
