lol but the carabinieri are always police, alright sin!

I'v got the same problem with cop skin.
I made a hungarian cop skin with "Rendőrség" which means Police, it has been rejected.
Just make the skin and put Police on it and it'll be fine.

Not always the case, but its a good start. It should be noted that people will be seeing your skin in game at 512px at the very least so if you plan on making one you should ensure that it can be seen easily. The skin in question would probably need additional shapes and signage.
