WW on Paddock tunnel way. I was heading towards the tunnel and he was on the wrong side of the fence. I chose to report it as he instantly left without saying anything despite having sent me flying.

Not really sure why you waited over 1,5 weeks to report this if I'm honest.

I have given this user a confirmable warning regardless, since this is not acceptable, but please try to report people closer to the time of the incident in future.
