I am driving FZR going down the 'main road' with Onur behind me. I am speeding up after the corner after seeing there's no one in front of me. Hugo randomly pulls out in front of me, I rear end him and Onur crashes into the back of me. Then Hugo says nothing, starts to chase me and fines me, accusing me of causing the collision.


Just at the time where I'm going down the straight, Hugo pulls out of the pit area on the left, who should've seen 2 people are coming in the first place. When in my POV, when he actually appeared in my view I was checking my money loss (as driving a GTR there is costly), and I didn't see him until last second. I could've avoided the crash as well, but since Hugo pulled out into the middle of both lanes I didn't know where to position.

Hugo's claims from the chat afterwards were that "I had plenty of space, and if you weren't going full speed you could've stopped." Which might be the case, but it is still the responsibility of the person pulling out of the park area to check if its safe to go out. When you see an FZR speeding down the straight you can't just pull out and expect the person to stop. And if he says otherwise he clearly did not check well enough if it was a good time to pull out.

I don't care about refunds (as much as Hugo might believe so), but his attitude and response to the crash ticked me off quite a lot. Apart from me noticing too late he was in front as I was distracted, I do not see how this at all is my fault in the first place, nor should I be getting chased and fined for it without an apology.

I would like an unbiased opinion.

Generally, the arrows on the minimap do not denote which car is coming, i can't tell which car it is, but i could tell that there was time as i clearly was able to leave the area, and that stands by how you crashed into me quite after i pulled out. It is my responsability to calculate if i am able or not to pull out. But you are responsable too by your reckless driving and speeding, as the main factor here is that you were speeding and distracted as you said yourself. And instead of attempting a braking you decided to flash your lights at me, which i actually saw and attempted to move to the left even more. Saying that i was ''in the middle of the two lanes'' is discussable. You possibly could pass by my right, if you weren't speeding on such a narrow street.

I do believe so, as you threatned me with a report so you wouldn't get fined, also i don't understand how you expect an lovely and caring attitude when you do so, even that i didn't say nothing, i didn't request a sorry, even that in my opinion it wasn't my fault, and applied you the lowest fault for what happened. And once again, you were speeding and distracted, you crashed me quite after i pulled out. Most likely, if didn't come from the pitstop zone, but coming straight from High St. you would still come speeding and distracted and the crash would be the same. And thank you for calling my attitude out, when after i criticized your character, you decided to call me ''disabled kid'' indirectly.

Before you blow things out of perspective, and before admins break this up, I'd love to challenge a couple things you said.

Clearly not, since you failed to estimate the speed and solely based your exit off of "distance" or whatever else you based it off.

Secondly, your claims about how I was 'distracted' is blown completely out of proportion and is your only actual argument. When I say I was distracted, I meant for a fraction of a second where I looked at the top right of my screen. The timing was extremely unlucky, but you cannot claim I was 'distracted' and use that to blame this on me.

Third, you of all people, a regular on the server should know very well that people consistently speed on that road and that specific exit is hard to get out of as you cannot see anything when pulling out. By your logic, you would be causing crashes left and right if you pulled the same thing that you did to me, because that's the nature of the road. People speed there. Why do you think it's such a popular spot for cops to sit at?

Last but not least, I threatened to report you because the moment we both stopped, you instantly started chasing me and once I pulled over you instantly fined me, did not wait to discuss it or anything. And since you didn't say anything beforehand, I knew instantly that you were hot-tempered and had no intention to actually discuss what happened because I did not want to waste my time arguing with you (ironic now isn't it). And finally, if you're going to quote me on calling you something, don't forget to include what you said afterwards as well. Since you are just as guilty as me then for insulting, don't act like you're innocent.

A few points:

• He didn't "randomly" pull out in front of you. He went in for a pitstop, finished the pitstop, and then wanted to continue driving.
• You were going way too fast, and this is the risk you take when you exceed the speed limit so excessively.
• When you saw him, you started flashing your lights and continued accelerating (unbelievably, no braking whatsoever). If you had actually started to brake instead of flashing your lights, you would have maybe been able to avoid the crash.

You can't just drive however you want then whine when you face the consequences.
