Got the Polo remapped and DSG optimized. Increased HP by 20% and increased torque from 320Nm to 425. Works nice

Edit: Also new custom exhaust with resonator delete and free flowing back muffler.

BMW 530XD E61. dynoed at 460whp. just applied for personal plates with the letter MKILLER, Meth cooling for ic, custom piezo injectors made by our workshop, hybrid turbo from Stacescu dragons, R120 diesel pump, triple valve springs, new camshaft from dieselmeken "custom made!!", cost me a fortune

2.9 bars and 3000 bars of diesel pressure at peak, been mine for 120000km and it has had this setup for 70000 now. Way more reliable then I thought it would be, as of today it has 240000km on the clock

Love it. Sounds really good.

Early morning trip last week. When i came back to the car later on, car park was filled almost completely and birds had delivered plenty of poop on the Leon / Mellow

Well. This happened.

A/C belt tensioner broke, snapped the belt and flung it into the timing belt = bent valves. Man gotta love these Subarus.
