You are as bad as each other, both have terrible history on the [TC] servers. He did ram you however you were both winding each other up and generally causing hassle on the servers based on the chat logs i checked. I could ban you both which no doubt would improve the server generally for the other players who don't spend their time arguing over whos the bigger man however I will give you one last chance.

No action based on the fact you are both guilty to some extent, I repeat this is the last chance for both of you.
