Then he says: ?! What?
I said: '' Ty, I lost 150km ''
Chill: '' Np ''
When replay ends, he send me 150€ , but i send it back.

So i have checked the replay. He was initially towing you at low speeds and It seems that you were allowing him to tow you, i couldn't see you saying for him not to tow. Then he gets a FZ5 and driving in to you fast, which appeared to be an effort to attempt and tow your car.
