Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
I was on a chase for about 20 minute and then he join the chase after i escaped from other cops

2:10:37 The point he pushed me to barrier and he flip me over
2:19:20 He pushed me to barrier again and flipped me over for the second time

also when I try to talk to him he was laughing and said it was legal moves from him and I don't think that is , I wish that there is a justice and thank you very much for your time
