1:30:30 < Eph Started to chase me
1:48:50 < Umut pit me then he decided to countinue hit my car from the front
1:49:50 < I let umut pass then Ali came and countinue hit my car from the front (no apologie)
1:52:28 < He brakelate so he decided to ram my car from the front
1:58:24 < He push me hard into traffic idk if that considered a pit ?
1:59:13 < He Keep pushing my car from the front trying to kill my susp
1:59:55 < Pushing me in front even when i try to brake he keep pushing
2:00:05 < Same he keep pushing me from the front and i crash into barrier
2:01:32 < when he have space to brake he decided to ram me from behind and he apologized


You can see Umut URS history He is trying to get advantage by hitting cars from the front to let the suspect get suspension damage.

Question, why did none of the NFS members do any significant maneuvers to the suspect until the very end, when they were the only cops left? Even if it's your teammate you're chasing, you have to actually put up a fight, not stall the chase so that non-members have a worse chance. They also happened to block and get in front of other cops in ways very convenient for the suspect. I sense some foul play, how about you, admins?

I also emphasize that I did apologize in many of my timestamps above, kind of blunt of you to just say "rammers" and report us after chase...

Nothing too bad from S.KAPLAN IMO. On its own, this isn't worth anything.

S.KAPLAN demonstrated a severe lack of basic common sense here. He totally ignored the presence of traffic: passed two motorcyclists ridiculously closely for no reason and then endangered a motorcyclist when using force on you.

He typed an apology. I'm inclined to believe this was a genuine mistake and it did not cause much of a problem.

In all, this was fairly standard use of force. ~1:58:20 is the only timestamp worth any form of action. He will receive a warning for this.

Everything else is barely noteworthy.
