Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 2:17:40-[COP]Minve I joined the chase. 2:18:09-They hit a [COP]Minve first. I didn't maneuver because I jumped off the speed bump and hit the brakes. And I had to crash. 2:18:22- And the culprit was gone, so I couldn't keep up with him any longer and stopped chasing.

This user clearly provokes an accident contrary to rule 1.2:
