RE: 'Failed to stop' changes
As cop you can wait with the command !chase until you got a safe place to stop, so you can use your !stop command to make clear you want the suspect to stop.

RE: 'Failed to stop' changes
Perhaps you can put a timer that shows the suspect (and perhaps the cop) how long until failure to stop. Then the suspect knows he can't fool around. I've had suspects who drive until the CHASE thing pops up and then they stop(usually new users), well then there's confusion on how much time you have to wait.

Regardless whether he was aware of that number or not. What I could think of is tuning that counter a little bit. For instance -If the suspect remains within the speed-limit, the timer will go up to 60 seconds -If the suspect goes somewhat above the limit, the counter will go up to 45 seconds -If the suspect goes blatantly faster than allowed, the timer will end at 25 or 30 seconds Maybe its easier to base it on driven metres. Like 1km or 60 seconds, whatever comes first. That would more appropriate imo as it takes the suspect's will to cooperate into account. |

Tho there's automated STOP POLICE >>> on the chat and on the suspect's screen after !chse has been intiated. So they should know already on that point that they are being chased. |

RE: 'Failed to stop' changes
I think we misunderstand Roba.
You let your suspect know that you want him to stop with the !stop command. When he gets near a safe place to stop you can use !chase. This way you give him a fair change to stop without the risk he fail to stop. |

RE: 'Failed to stop' changes
With the speed counting with the distance is the best, so suspect wont be doing like 20kph for 1km before the failed to stop comes..
