In about 58 minutes, from the 5th second in the video, the violation of the user named Zgonek96 is clearly seen. In addition, I did not add Mpr to the oncoming user, it appears in the video, but I am ready to upload it if requested.

The issues here are two-fold:

1. Failing to observe rule 1.5 - to stay away from chases; and
2. Failing to observe rule 1.3 - to drive on the correct side of the road (which in this situation resulted in a head-on collision).

In relation to (2), I can accept that mistakes happen, and this can sometimes be accidental. However, in this situation, I have considered rule 1.3 as well because ultimately, had this user user observed rule 1.5 (1) in the first place, the event that that followed i.e. (2) would not have occurred - note rule 1.3 states that crashes due to this (i.e. driving on the wrong side) will be treated as ramming.

Given this user has a history of reckless driving, failing to observe chases, and causing accidents (an amalgamation of (1) and (2)) - he will be banned for 7 days, pending a request for a lengthier period.

In the future, when you make a forum report, please can you make sure you are actually providing the correct information being requested. For example, when we request for a description of the incident, we are asking you to describe what has happened which has resulted in you making a report. Not:
