Time of Incident: Around 17:15

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
He passes me at 2:01:50:00

2:02:10:00-He's lagging (?) or activating hacks (?) and flying me to the OOB.
And that resulted as losing my 550KM bonus.
Tried to communicate with him after the incident on global chat and he blocked messages on 2:03:19:00. Tried to text him on PM, and he didnt even respond me.

HI Fearr.

I have reviewed the MPR from the moment Windulcet connects.

His driving doesn't seem intentionally malicious and he does have occasional but regular lag pauses for 1-2 seconds. I am not 100% convinced that he lagged on purpose to cause an accident but he should have been aware that you were heavily affected by this particular collision. You clearly gave him the chance to make up for it and it was apparent he saw this in the chat and blocked his messages.

Windulcet doesn't have any admin history with us apart from a few !reports. However he will be restricted for 30 minutes along with an on-screen message to serve as a more serious warning to take responsibility for his actions, accidental or not.

Unfortunately we cannot restore trip KM or trip bonus.
