New yellow Head lights. Rear Lights(rear is now squared out as on a Opel Kadett) all lights redone with more profound colors. Third brake light. Glass file for rear lights made transparent as this caused it to have a round rearlight. New wood interior, more brown or darker colored wood for dashboard and wheel. darker more natural looking metal. new grill made from FZ file from (i think Hakodesh pack) some engine sounds. (latest and now set on default is: Shark C^3Wiz ^904). my chevette dirty skin (ChevetteD)(this skin is made in multiple colors if someone fancy it in other colors. the other colors are NOT uploaded to lfsw, but feel free to do so). Download Here This was posted in former thread, but lost the screenies. might make some new along the way. ESTO EVOLUTION V10~011 just added a lingenfelter brake pads(originally by Lynche,color edit by the wizard dk). and thats basically what is possible to change on this mod. Download Here thats the shortest edits i did on any mod i think. Note: would be nice if mod maker would make it possible to skin interior. also the lights on this car is extremely dark ,hence i even opened the folder to edit them. that was not possible at all. request to mod maker to either fix the lights for better visibility ingame or make it possible to mod them via dds. i know its cool with smoked glass lights and all that eye candy. but when it gets to cover the lights up, it also fails in a sense. i see this on many mod cars ,so is not really specifically target anyone, but is just a general observation i think modders should consider while making cars. |

New worn garage doors for westhill.
it also have brick wall (from blackwood) as interior wall. however i made a mistake aligning the garage doors. fixing that. i kept that fuse box and wire pipes on the wall (sneaky lasso job) bit closer look exterior walls now with many lfs sponsors(credits Masterskinnerz) however the electrical sign was not placed right so need to change that. also found a fail elsewhere. fixing those. for rally edition, i got trees and treelines fixed i think(havent found any total fails yet) |

Westhill flowers over view.
maybe a bit too much with so many flowers overview of flower mapping [img][/img] Close up from track [img][/img] just finished up aligning trees for westhill. im using the default trees but they are also placed differently so you wont see the same trees everywhere. added rose bush instead of normal green, for reality feel and having some more coloring on track. images above is taken just before the newer trees got aligned. so they may appear differently in the final mod. i may also change a few of them as default trunks are somehow green on some trees which looks weird as they were supposed to be barch ish brown colored. however the green is so profound on the file i cant even change the colors to make it look more real. so thinking a completely different tree has to be used for that. got a few high res trees down to try out too. should be fixed soon. besides that little detail. im also working on the flowers as the images shows. however the mid grass 1 & 2 files is seriously annoying to work with as they are being zoomed both in and out on the track different places. hence these are tileable files. this makes it extremely difficult to make anything not neutral on them. such as flowers as some places the flowers will appear bigger than a car forexample. other places it will look very nice. so this will be a compromise like the middle road file i choose to have as dirt road over normal tarmac as it looks best on the dirt roads but at the compromise of 2 corners on track have weird triangle areas with dirt. i cant really do much with that because of how LFS texture mapping is. so probably gonna end up with something neutral. but i do experiment to see different things. forexample you also will get water puddles on grass now as i figured out how to make them look pretty real actually. i expanded that thought to add oil to the water puddles, so now i can also make oil slicks looks pretty real too except the fact that the test files are way too big , but the idea certainly works. so look forward to oil slicks and water puddles too in the future. i will also try to make these things for default vanilla files, however it is not a priority . |

Download Winrar Here Rear Lights(now more visible & indicators/blinkers now orange/yellow). metal headlight covers,mirrors stuff reflecting from track,like trees,buildings etc. lights were as default not really showing they were lit up. added yellow glass tint and new lights.its not perfect but i think something messed up on light mapping on this car. indicators on front is not showing indicator file light but the brake light.they therefore appear more red if even noticed at all as they are a nut job to figure out where the exact mapping alpha channel is on the file.didnt have time for that as i simply got annoyed by the engine sound in my head phones so started to change that and then found the lights did not light up. so one thing took another sort of.so ended up modding the entire car to a fullblown overhaul. it now has carbon fibre interior(credits to CF sheet-Masterskinnerz)(even though there isnt any interior really,another mess with this mod)new logo on steering wheel, i made with a free logo maker. in the folder there is a few other logos in small size(so i could get as many as possible for free ) so you can use them to make your own logo. at this moment the skin file is also a total mess with this car so you may actually only be able to use these logos for the steering wheel. i also made some seats from lynches seat for xrg i think it was. i made these with recaro and sparco seat belts. however i forgot the xrg file mirrors the seats and therefore seatbelts, so you get those mirrored for now as i made the job done before i noticed,sorry for that mistake :/ . golden calfs comes everywhere so made the fo8 texture golden and polished up the exhaust pipe. Danish license plate with known lfs sponsors from european union. credits to i think zed28 ? for the original license plates.(damn you made so many in good quality back then). i kept the danish one which is no longer to be found on lfs forums as far as i know(it got lost). but to danes, here is now an updated version, and still having lfs logo on it too. i actually made 2 versions where lfs logo is below and above the DK on the plate. yell loud if you want them at some point in time. can be used for vanilla cars too and many mod cars by renaming it. Engine sounds x8. last number is set to default & is having backfire. as usual also more deep with a woosch feel on drive-by´s/tvcam. if you do not want my sounds do not copy the engine folder to your lfs/mods/vehicle folder. i think that was it for now. |

found a full website with free to use trees.
more than 200 trees of different variants. im thinking blackwood. full pine tree. making it truly a wood. testing was made on westhill. results was not great but very good. so i will proceed making tons of trees. in the same quality as lfs defaults. yes its pretty weird to even see other type of trees on a track you got really used too. and thats exactly the reason i will make them. postponing older tracks and focus on the newer at least at first. you can see details on barch and other tihngs. some trees are somewhat special with vegetation of 2 colored/summer/autum and others can be used for snow mods as they fit well in a snowy landscape. made a few car edits too. getting back later with those. |

LA Square Wiz Rally Edition(Quick Edit)
Big areas are now different concrete. roads have grass on the sides and leaves on them. more grass and Pirelli curb it looked weird when crossing back and forth on layout with very zoomed grass in large concrete areas so reverted to concrete. i found if any grass here it should be on the files you see in the pack. it makes the best solution i think . on layouts it is "dureable" to use. but it cant be perfect due to the mapping of the files ingame. so this is a compromise to get grass possibly flowers too on LA Square. if you use the made roads then this could be for you. DOWNLOAD HERE LFS/DATA/Engine or goto the mod folder and replace it with the default name to make it permanent. decided to try making grass from original files using the grass file and flowers and my own made flowers on top.
i think im on to something here. so far this is how grass mid2 and grass a looks now. i redid resolution from 2048 to 4096. then i copied the file. made the original file black(to cover up white lines on the default grass files). pasted the copy on top and made it lighter on top layer. then i reduzed the flower files from 1024 to 512 to make the flowers fit in size to the grass. i must say default grass files is actually quite high resolution, but they turn out less ingame assumingly because of the white in the files. this is what grass a does. i did not do this to grassmid2 yet. to be able to see the difference which is what the images also shows. grass a is used on the image with tarmac. the other is mid2.so these files are made in 4096x4096. WestHill Chicane Westhill Medical Center/heli pad pics taken in cloudy sunset lightning which is why they may appear a bit dark ps. playing around with the field files and i think i come up with something that makes them look like distant farm fields in better resolution than default. pps. gonna try to finish all grass files today like this. field files may come up with some issues i may not be able to make today. but shouldnt take too long to get them done. when done next project is relooking at trees as they did not totally fit i realise. but thats about it until i begin on the buildings. when those are done. i think the westhill track is actually done fully. possibly few months depending on time i have. i suspect to go full monty on blackwood next |

Am Phoenix & Bacalhau engine sounds
Am Phoenix 17 Bacalhau 27 both made in shift+a. Both more adjusted for headphones. lower deeper. the earlier ones had a sound that could annoy the ears. so basically eliminated those tones and compensated for it in other sliders. still got a grunt but alot deeper than defaults. DOWNLOAD LFS/DATA/Engine or goto the mod folder and replace it with the default name to make it permanent. |

to showcase progress this very badly recorded video should show you how the ground textures look currently. some things may change during the overhaul.
specific to this video is the grass with flowers, better resized. also made tex2 with borrowed metals from lynches fernbay bridge (i redid for lynche to fit current lfs) as they seem to be a slightly better look ingame. had to edit those though to fit. also rails and fences are new in this video. and the rock face near gas st is brand new as i found a way to partially use the default textures with a new style rock inside it. (didnt make rock2 yet). all grass files are also using default grass as base. this is due to the fact i can easily find grass that looks good. however it wont color match most other grass files which is a pity really. too much editing and they will become blurry or well, bad looking. removed some cracks in gravel road so one is without cracks and the other with. im considering to make a whole new file maybe even with different gravel. do not mind the buildings. those will be remade different from scratch in a later update. this video is ground files and fences only to showcase. although everything you see in the video i had my hands on in some form or way. remind you this is still WIP all the way. car used impressive B2 with my own engine sound which has both turbo blowoff and backfire. |

New skins i made. however can seem a bit blurry in 2048 version. so here is the 4096 versions. a 2 day job, so please dont change name or edit these skins. its okay if you use them. just dont change them. (i made templates for that which i upload later). New engine sound. louder but still keeping it deep. (atm i feel it sounds like a mustang v8, but its getting there with the phoenix camaro sound) included in this pack. its newer than the engines above. also made new DDS files for it. including lights (two types, one is classic brown ish and the other blue) NOS instead of fire extinguisher. Pontiac brake pads. new lights made from real car lights to get more contours into the lights. (looks real too ingame) new bolts. higer res shifter. (danielcro) golden center of steering wheel. muddy smiley face for rally version headlight golden datalog(danielcro editted by wiz) everything above is this pack. unpack with winrar or likewise: DOWNLOAD AM PHOENIX 013 WIZ PACK Goes To: LFS/Mods//vehivcles/Am Phoenix 013 . except for the skins in skins dds folder. the skins goes to LFS/data/skins . ***NOTE*** if you choose to copy the entire folder to lfs/mods/vehicles it will change to engine sound to my sound. if you wish to change back. you must rename the original sound to the muscle car sound. Readme Aston New 2023.
Install: download and install a fresh LFS. use this install to mod on. this way you do not ruin your exisiting LFS. copy all files or folders to LFS Data. overwrite everything. open LFS/Go To Aston Track. Go to Options/graphics and slide all mip map sliders to far right side to smooth out image. NOTE: This mod will change all skies of older tracks. Pic folder: Suit O made by bo-kristiansen originally. used Vano´s suit on top of Bo´s suit and this is the result in this pack. Adverts remake by the wizard dk(older and more dirty look) DDS Folder: All files remake. see screenshot or video Aston New 2023 Center line textures was made by using bobopack as template. however it was not aligning the lines as it is shared by 2 files. it also doubled the lines. this i have fixed in this pack, but is still a little bit off alignment, but its alot less than bobo´s pack. i didnt really want to do this track but now i made a sort of "quickie" with it and with a okay result i think. (see stuttering video for more). pitlane now has "No Parking" written down the pitlane.(useful for cruise). Sound Folder: Rascar13 Skid sounds mixed with Darkone55´s skid sounds. gives a very natural sound i think. horn sounds is partially original icecream van horn by the wizard dk. and the full dixie horn as those i found on lfs forums was sort of cut in half. this is the full. sirens are danish. do not copy if you like to keep your own nations sirens. dirt and grass surfaces sounds are some i found during alot of years so sorry i cant remember who made those. i think some may have come from packs. pack compiled / Made by THE WIZARD DK August 2023.
