Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Failure to acknowledge COP tag color change, Ramming

· 7:08 - Since 18:19 UTC time he joined he has been mentioned and reminded to change cop tag, even citing manual, which he decided to ignore and continue on playing
· 1:26:22 - Smashes me against the barrier, causes damage, no sorry
· 1:28:40 - Ram
· 1:28:50 - Hard Ram, causes the most damage for the remainder of the chase. The "sorry" is not sincere at all.

Deeply sorry for the chase that has been done. And I feel regret for what happened in the chase But do mind me I'm not really an expert at this thing And despite the fact that you were only off-roading coming and going did lead a chase into the next level of using force, I'll take your report as a positive thing and I'll apply for a training, Hoping in the future not making such a mistakes
