forgot to make a helmet for the marshall.

so i just made one quickly using Darkone55´s template.

made some ambient sounds meant for winter/snow editions or wet.
to install you will need to know how lfs radio works.
place the file in LFS/DATA/OGG .
open lfs.
goto audio.
channels.
if you got more channels consider this as a new.
press new.
press name.
find the file and press ok.
set channel number.
save.
go back to audio menu and activate if to play while racing,replays,menu.

should be royalty free sounds to use according to the website.

some brakes pads made for mod cars.
some were made for Protech and Pochete cars.

can be used for mod cars with this same file in their mod folders.

Sound editor has a bug..

unevenness only goes to 0.5. in image way beyond.
also exhaust pipe tone, only goes to 50 normally. in image 250, causing seriously loud sounds.
i believe this bug can disrupt some connections for some users (not all).

lambarini engine sound update.
a bit louder, more front sound but still gives a woosh feel when passing by.
as usual a bit deeper in sound, but i think i managed to catch a sort of lambo sound with this one.

LFS/DATA/Engine

shift+a ingame to put on the car.
in theory it should work with most lambo cars but i made it for lambarini and only tested that.

Lambarini wiz 26. took a detour making 5 different engine 25 sounds. but got too many so just named this small difference the 26th. i recommend hearing it from outside the car at first. its a bit lower for headphone use than default. no screaming annoying sounds. but yet got some kick to it

Lambarini brake pads made from Taddy´s TRD pads(i think). made them one colored. and changed colors and added logo´s.







Packed in Winrar. Rename to correct filename in mod folder. (could be used for N1 Series,blackcat and other lambos too).

Checked snow edition and found that aston needs new road files and la square is not finished. all other tracks seems to be okay for the feel of winter. details like snow in window frames etc will most likely not be made for this mod. but upgrading the aston road files and making it snowy on la square should not be the hardest things to do.

in short.
it looks like santa brings snow this year.

EDIT:
fixed road files on aston. found fail with tree lines so gonna fix that.
then moving on to LA Square which is basically 3 files. should not take so long.


EDIT 2:
Fixed aston treelines(Treelines was basically a black wall,but now have trees.however the file itself creates a black bottom even if made alpha, so cant really do it any better due to LFS aston mapping) and made LA Square winter. to keep the mod appearance simular i made it with pirelli curbs but instead of grass as in rally edition, i made a snowdune.
walls not made yet. and going to check around the square if i made any serious ooopsies.

Made mistake with roundabouts but it looks like the roads and concrete is okay.
you be the judge

Quick fix of the roundabouts. apparently they cut weirdly so decided to just make it plain from a snow drift.
until i get some new ideas this is the current look.


the darker areas around it is a concrete file i obviously didnt get to match correctly. will be fixed soon.

this is somewhat the only way to skin this car as skins are not made possible to use for it.

the very high resolution is due to this.

Some engine sounds for it. (if put into mod folder it will change the hilux engine to highest number engine). engine was made from rac v8 street engine i made some time ago and adjusted to this car.

as i made the skin for this bike above i thought why the hell not go full monty on this bike and overhaul it. so i did. (remember to back up any default files before overwrite)

Coquette & Comet LFS 07D Patch D43 by The Wizard DK

includes:
Third brake light(middle) now has text (Corvette) when lightning up.
new dds for lights and some interior/exteriors.
new engine sounds.(recommended in options/audio to not go above 12 in volume.(i use 10 to not clip).
sounds are specifically made for each car to that car but all are fictional,deeper and more brutal sounds.
skins i made in 4096 resolution. yes its supposed to look dirty from all that racing rubber.
rearlights made from real car image lights i somehow managed to fit these cars.

all car mods are fully updated to overhaul the original mod.
if you like that, you can simply copy the car mod named folders to :

if you are only interested in the rear lights i made seperat folder for that.

Sounds are made from the original engine sound but lowered to keep hearing when old and for headphones. it got a grunt to it but is deeper than the screamer original made for it. can clip under bridges or where there is large echo´s. or if other cars passes by it. (its seriously loud to work with so had to compromise a whole lot to make it sound sort of more real ish ingame. a real piece of work this one

to install :
Copy folders to a new LFS install(in case you do not like it, fresh installs to test is always a good thing).
copy to: LFS/Mods/Vehicles . if you already have the cars in this new install of LFS, you can overwrite all files you copy. if you do NOT have them, just copy to the directory directly.
if you use an already existing LFS install its a good idea to find the folders first in LFS/Mods/Vehicles and rename them to e.g. IMPREZZIVE B2~008_2 adding _2 in the end of folder name. this way you will always have the original files in the _2 folder to revert too.

the milky way is private skin , but all other subaru skins are public free to use.
some made better than others. engine sounds are still in the making but made some for all cars in this pack.

cars have different lights such as B2RS have blue light in front lights while B2 have yellow colored headlights.

some files was custom made and the RB4 rearlight texture is actually also the interior speedo/ dash clocks on b2 and b2rs. so first try i got totally black display in both cars. turns out a very small square on the file covers the display. this is now fixed in this pack.

for the C8 car i made a little Rothmans skin out of an existing skin i made for a now no longer in LFS lexus car. originally the skin was made by someone who didnt name it on the skin. but credits to the original idea maker.

inside the folders you will find the original dds files next to the modded ones. forgot to mention that in readme :/
this is in case you overwrite by accident but like to revert back to original files. in this case just rename with the _org in the end.

ALL Memolution Cars overhaul pack

From Readme :
these files overhaul all lancer evolution (Memolution) cars in LFS.

they overhaul exteriors and interiors, changes logos and engine sounds.

to install :
back up all mod folders if you like to revert back to defaults.
unpack this winrar pack.
open all memolution folder and copy everything except skins + setups folder.
copy to : LFS/Mods/Vehicles overwrite whem prompted.
skins from skins + setups folder goes to :
LFS/Data/Skins (they are 4096 versions)
setups from skins + setups folder goes to:
LFS/Data/Setups

the setup is basically the same setup im also using and made with impressive b2.
seems to work with memolution too. you may have to raise the suspension on these as my own is in my setups folder
i changed. but i assume these are the default ones, hence they need a little facelift. in short the setup can be
used for impressive b2 and b2RS too. just a setup i made for all tracks/conditions. sort of allround setup.
there are some extra files in almost all folders and some of those are templates so you can make your own file as some files are used by many car mods, such as license plates.

Decided to make individual engine sounds for these cars so they wont phaze each other out in races where many of same car type. thats the distorted sound you may have encountered in the beginning of races where sound clips like crazy. as always with my engine sounds they are lower than default and headphone friendly. however made a mistake with the pack so here is memolution 7QF engine sound 9, less clipping and a bit of tone change. also made other dumpvalve and starter.
over time more updates to engine sounds will come..eventually

discovered yesterday all memolution rearlight files was too bright to be seen if full beam and braking.
by making them a bit darker even too dark they get to work like a charm on all instances of the light source
found an image in somewhat better resolution to work with however all images i have found have some angle to them so never gets really good. in time i might find something better. especially the lights above the indicator on the headlights proved hard to find along with the reverse light.updated red light with a better surface glass looking.
Made some updates to lights with multiple colors.
they are not that good looking on file but shows ingame okay.
rename to any of the memolution cars who have a similar file.

you can use only one for each car at the time
