Unfortunately, you put yourself in this position when you decided to shift+p while being chased. This is against our rules, specifically rule 3.1:

Quote:3.1. Do not leave the chase.
Do not jump back to pits (shift+p), go into spectator mode (shift+s) or leave the server.

You should have either:
1. Stopped and paid the fine issued by the COP; or
2. Carried on the chase and paid the fine after being busted; or
3. Carried on the chase and escaped.

None of the above happened.

Our rules are not designed to allow someone to benefit (i.e. in this case via a refund) if they are broken (i.e. rule 3.1).

Consequently, your refund request is denied and you will receive a warning for breaking rule 3.1.
