+ Ban Appeal (Unban Request Granted by Josh)
Username: JonoGore
Time/date of incident: 2021-05-14 07:17 Reason for appeal: I was banned for running out of money too many times, a lifetime ban which I believe is unfair. I wish to be unbanned to re-join the [TC] City Driving community and to once again use the server. Thanks |

RE: Ban Appeal
Hi,
You have posted in the wrong sub-forum. Please note there are unban requests and unban appeals. Appeals are for having a denied unban request looked into by management. To ask for a ban to be reduced/removed you initially just need to make an unban request directly in the previous forum (link). You have been banned for Money Abuse, where your balance reached -e5,000. I will reset and unban your account shortly. You will start with -e4,5000. Please drive carefully and make sure you build your money up. You may not be unbanned if you are banned for money abuse again. Thread Moved - Unban Requests Hello, You were banned for money abuse. A money abuse ban is when your account balance drops to -5,000€. This could have been the result of: swearing, pitting outside the Safezone, getting fined by cops, etc. Since this is your first time being banned for money abuse, you will be unbanned and revived. "Revived" means your account balance will be set to -4,500€. This means you have to be extremely careful to not drop to a balance of -5,000€ again. Please Note: We will keep you banned for at least 30 days (from the time of the ban itself) upon an unban request for a 2nd money abuse ban. However, such cases will be looked into by CityDriving Management and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Any subsequent money abuse bans - after the second time - are very unlikely to be lifted. You must read the server rules and server manual. This will help you keep out of debt. By re-joining the server, you accept the content of those two documents and the content of this post. Please reply stating you understand the above. An administrator will then reply notifying you when your account has been revived and unbanned. Thank you. |

RE: + Ban Appeal (Unban Request Granted by Josh)
Hi,
We can see that a glitch in the system has caused you to be re-banned for money abuse. We will sort this out and respond here when done. As far as we are concerned, you have still only ever received one money abuse ban. The second one (received yesterday) was an error which we are resolving. |

Chuck has worked to fix this. You should not have any problems now.
My advice now would be to drive on the speed limits and drive very carefully until you're out of debt. Have fun. |
