Time of Incident: Between 01.00 -01.20
Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):I saw Yasso trying to get someone into the blue area.He was the only cop I saw there. (yt vid:00.00-00.10)

I entered the pits myself and repaired my vehicle. (yt vid: 00:10-00:20)

I looked left and right with the camera angle and Yasso entered the pits. I wanted to take this as an opportunity and speed up. But Yasso chose his birthplace where there are traffic lights. I don't know if this is forbidden, but I think it would be forbidden to throw a sethome to the area where the players are. (MPR: 2:02:41)

Then Yasso comes in front of me and I turn to the right to avoid hitting him and I crash. (yt vid: 00:30)

Yasso comes and I run away. (yt vid: 00:42)

A person chased by another police officer hits me, but I don't fall. (yt vid: 01:13)

Then Yasso tries to make me fall. (yt vid: 01:33)

Yasso is in front of me again. (yt vid: 02:10)

He's always doing his best to make me fall to the bottom. He needs to keep his distance. Before entering the tunnel, he steps in front of me and deliberately throws me in front of the grass. (yt vid: 02:13)

I don't fall again, but this time it blocks my path in the tunnel and I fall. What I'm complaining about here is this. He pits me too much. Also, I am an engine. I know I will be caught anyway, but he is doing his best to make me fall. Everyone on the server complains about yasso. He hits people all the time. (yt vid: 02:33)

Yasso is in front of me again. (yt vid: 02:10) - no i wasn't trying to push you off nor hitting you, you were slowing down instead of acceleating which is what most people do on corner exit. I didn't even touch you but ok.

I don't fall again, but this time it blocks my path in the tunnel and I fall. What I'm complaining about here is this. He pits me too much. Also, I am an engine. I know I will be caught anyway, but he is doing his best to make me fall. Everyone on the server complains about yasso. He hits people all the time. (yt vid: 02:33) - i was standing, up to you to avoid me, skill issue L bozo. You joined TC for the first time 3 days ago and you reported on forum 3 times more than i did in 1 year. You can't enjoy the game bro....

In future please use timestamps of .mpr replay instead of youtube video, we only use .mprs to look at cases and i had to find the situation myself this time.

If insim lets you set spawnpoint there its fine.

Yasso had green light and you had red, you were also speeding so falling is 100% your own fault.

I see nothing wrong here from Yasso at any points

You reported player because you chose to ride in to him while he was standstill? Yassos actions and force used are fine. He used the one of the most passive tactics which is pulling in front of bike and waiting for them to drive at his rear as bikes don't have reverse gear. His job is to bust you while using tactical force, so i really fail to see the point why you are complaining about him wanting to bust you.

I truly suggest you to spend more time on server to learn how everything works before spending time reporting players on forum who have done nothing wrong. There was 3 admins online you could have contacted via !tc command to ask for help, i hope you keep this in mind during future situations. We expect people try to resolve situations themselves by politely talking to them before reporting but i can understand why you didn't want to talk to Yasso at this time considering his behaviour.


To Yasso, instead of going "pls report me" multiple times afterwards you could've just let the situation be rather than making it worse. Being toxic like that only makes the gameplay environment worse for everyone.


I'm keeping this thread open for a bit in case you got any questions you would like to ask but no action will be taken against Yasso.

What I want to report here is that Yasso is constantly following me closely and trying to put me down. As I said in my previous forum, the police should keep the following distance. I know that it is forbidden for him to constantly try to bring me down. That's the only thing I'm complaining about. The time periods I gave above show the events. You already know this better. Admins know very well what is a violation and what is not. The only thing I have to say about this issue is that it keeps breaking in front of me. Because I am an engine. Please be more transparent.

There are no rules stating these things. Polices usually keep close distance to suspect so they can perform tactical manoeuvres on them and there is no limit on how often cops can perform these. This is what our rules state about cops in chase:

Quote:5.3. Use of Force
Force may only be used if the suspect has failed to stop. The InSim will state when the suspect has failed to stop (after approx 45 seconds)

5.4. Force / Physical Contact
Any force used must be calculated and tactical. The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car. Ramming is forbidden.

So force can be used only after 45 seconds has passed and suspect has failed to stop, but as long as the force is calculated and tactical it's fine.

Braking in front of motorcycles is one of the best ways to stop them, there is nothing wrong with it. Polices aren't required to just follow bikes waiting for them to fall, they can use force to stop them if they want to.
