Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
From the start of the replay to the end (approx 5:20 minutes), Ｂｏｏｍ[MED] is messing as medic.

I believe his repeated behaviour goes over the allowance of 11.1/11.2.

As it's not the first day he's seen messing as [MED] I reminded him to respect the rules, including suggesting to take tag & skin off, but his response was "Don't mess with me, you can complain to the forum if you want." so here we go...

There are 14 people on the server, I don't even encounter another driver along the way I drive. But this friend of ours struggled with me because he couldn't get enough sleep in the morning. I am traveling at a maximum speed of 100 kilometers. He was not ashamed to complain about this car that could not even stand upright. You're just like a karen.
