After reviewing the replay, we've come to the conclusion that the crash was because he couldn't see you and not due to malice - his vehicle was completely unaffected by what would otherwise be a significant colision. This could be caused by lag or the mod not appearing to him, which is the more likely option of the two.

While it is unfortunate that you lost your bonus, it will not be reimbursed as this was due to your own actions.
