Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

4.36: Giyph goes wrong way into a corner and crashes into me, sending me out of bounds and eventually getting me specced.

4.46: Giyph doesn't say a word, just drives off as nothing has happened.

5.09: I try to contact him to apologize for the hit, he ignores it.

6.13 and 6.54: I checked in TC World he is Turkish, so I tried to use a translator. Instead he just replies "?" and "whatever sorry".

He might be a new player but he has plenty of active playing hours to have read the rules, and he was capable of answering back when I messaged him for the second time so he chose to ignore me at the time of the crash. His apology was not sincere in the slightest either.

Hi Vilux,

Thank you for your report.

He is indeed relatively new but none the less he should have the common courtesy to know when to apologise. I have issued a warning for this user to read and confirm when he is next online. I have also added a !restriction as a small punishment as it was quite a heavy and easily avoidable crash which he took no responsibility for.
