This is not normally something we would do for fines after failing to stop, but after an internal [TC] discussion, due to the extenuating circumstances in this instance we will grant a refund as you did lose wealth due to technical difficulties that were out of your control. For anybody else reading, this does not set a precedence and [TC] will not automatically grant refunds due to chases lost during a DDoS attack.
