Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
- 35:22 : i see he is running red light so i stop to wait for him to pass so i can !chase him but he decides to stop in there creating a mess in traffic
- 37:24 : suspect randomly starts cutting me off and brake checking
- 38:40 : i crash into him because of his brake check
- 39:07 : i come in front of him to try and slow him down and you can see this guy just floors it and rams me straight in the back causing my car to flip

i said to the guy i will go report on forum and he just says ok; PS : not the first time he does this

Hi, Thanks for the report.

Starting with your timestamps:

Ideally you wouldn't stop quickly in the middle of a junction after accelerating from a green light, this unpredicatable manouver caught out the car behind and set the ball rolling. Blame for this incident could be more appropriately atributed towards you, rather than ionicaa. Although technically ionicaa ran the red by passing the stop line, was it worth you stopping in the the middle of the junction instead of driving to a safe place to stop? I don't think so.

A suspect is allowed to brake check, it normally ends badly for them. If you take issue with this, then perhaps adjust your driving and avoid putting yourself in a position to get caught out by a brake check.

Clearly deliberate rams, ionicaa is full throttle and aiming for you.

Other things noted in this report:
Firstly, racing101 your conversation with ionicaa was not at all how you should be approaching a rule breaker, talking to them calmly will most likey be more productive than 'WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING ?!!!', 'ok' and 'see u forum'.

Secondly, you were speeding while not on call/in chase multiple times and in general your copping leaves something to be desired, I would strongly recommend that you go for basic training, expect to have you're cop rights revoked if you fail to follow the rules in the future.

ionicaa - has recieved a strong confirmable warning for ramming
racing101 - has recieved a strong confirmable warning for their cop conduct (speeding when not on call/in chase) and a 7 day ban for chat offences noticed while investigating this report.

Now for that pile up on the first timestamp.
oliwier3 - has recieved a 30 minute UF1 restriction for driving at high speed into clear and obvious danger (mutlple stationary vehicles). Causing a collision without apologizing.
EfsaneTosun - has recieved a confirmable warning for blindly following oliwier3 and not apologizing after causing a collision.
emircankose - has recieved a 60 minute UF1 restriction for not having proper control of their vehicle and causing a collision with no apology.
