Reintroduce TC Server 3 ? suggestion

Hi.

as it seems more and more people dont care about traffic rules or dont know them, such as road lines ,overtaking etc, i would suggest a reintroduction of TC server 3, to literally be a driving school/test. having a layout with driving school practice, kinda like lfs default nobody ever uses really. so in repeated offenses TC staff gets yet another tool to punish people that violate server rules. may get restricted to uf1 for some time, but if taking up same behavior again after uf1, you go to driving school on TC 3. meaning TC admins would be able to block you from entering TC 1 & TC 2 so you only are allowed to drive on tC 3 for the driving school lessons. which could be emphasized by having a different insim just for that purpose. a sort of guide insim that guides you through the different driving tests. so everyone learns how to e.g. overtake on the correct side on both right hand side drive maps and left hand side maps. apparently alot of people is having trouble with that.set up your mirrors correctly, learn when to use indicators etc, also i noticed alot of people dont know what road lines mean. i often find myself stuck behind a line because a car is stopped to let me pass by, but im the one having to give way and as such we just end up standing there and nobody moves. that is pretty annoying really when it happens multiple times a day. overtakings on insides no matter the map road direction is also one i see quite often. yes it is a race simulator but it is also okay to use your brakes and be aware coming from side roads or other places to first look before just hitting the nail and floor it out without even trying to look first. i see so many do this. in short a driving school TC server that could help everyone no matter age or having drivers license irl(as there is also kids in lfs),they could learn at lest basic driving rules. possibly even to be used irl if made good enough(some years back there was an actualy driving school using lfs for their students). i think it could be interesting but i also think the server should be open to anyone. so it could be some sort of guideline for all cruise servers in lfs. possibly even other sims too.
im aware especially the insim would take some time, but i think this idea could be both useful and "up" LFS in general a bit more, because you actually get to learn stuff. like TC also have their race team, cop training etc. a driving school would just add to that whole package and be some kind of quality stamp (again if made correct and good enough) for all of LFS really.

i hope this is something worth to consider at least, because i think it could actually help alot of people in lfs. and also TC´s often road chaos. in short the idea is simply to make people more aware and observant using both eyes and minimap.
and knowing the basic road rules.

this could also be used for people who go bankrupt instead of getting a ban.
go to driver school and earn 10K to be able to learn how to earn money and actually having a car when being let back into TC 1 & 2 again.
so you have to pass a test to earn money to get back in.

this idea have actually many options that could be useful if implemented into a driving school.

it could also have a bike driving school, where people learn bike handling etc.

No, the -5k ban is to protect the system / economy. There can be no exceptions to this.

The idea is cool, but I feel like it would take a lot of insim work to have it working without any human input. I'm not fully sure how much it would actually benefit the server to have such thing, or how you would force people to connect there if they require it. The idea reminds me of LFS training & gran turismo driving school though.

yes i am aware it would take a serious amount of insim work which i think i also wrote above. and also agree im not sure how much the benefit would be from it, mainly because i dont think it has been tried in lfs ever before. not that heard of anyways. but the whole idea (@ BP) is instead of having people having grudges of a ban they could instead LEARN something instead of a ban. if you read it all that actually also points to the economy because they would learn how to earn money proper in this same school. as Carl points out you cant force people to go there ofc, but you can give them the option to do so if they are blocked from entering tc 1 & 2 so they literally only can go to that server in order to regain entry to tc 1 & 2. part of this idea is to reduce anger from banned people. by learning something you dont feel so angry because you can see a goal to reach so you can play again. if you just get a ban i see alot of people coming back for then to just do the exact same thing they got banned for previously. by having a driving school like this they still go visit TC servers usung the services, and they learn to behave in traffic at the same time instead of just sitting at home getting more angry about smth or someone. in this way i think it would actually benefit more people than it would hurt. so even a child who dont have the option to get irl drivers license even can learn the basics of traffic rules. which also some people above driverlicenese age could use too at times no offense
its just a suggestion but i think one that could be expanded further in time and with more ideas than i thought about in current writing time. with things like this theres always something that pops up along the way as like when i heard some people talk about the banruptcy thing, i thought instead of just ban people , have them learn instead. i think that idea is worth to consider anyways as it seems people do seriosuly drastic things when banned. not to mention the D word we all seen happening some times now. this could perhaps prevent such drastic methods in the future. but yes would take some serious work on insim to do.

insim could show screen of what you need to do and detect it on the lyt. maybe even teleport you to different driving tests around track.
e.g. i got a lyt someone made for blw carpark, with a motor cycle drivers test.
some map like westhill could have multiple test areas. how to correctly do a 90 degree turn with signals. idk if insim can detect blinkers/indicators but if they can that could be a part of it too. how to use fog lights etc. how to stop in an intersection. how to pass on double lines. that type of stuff. it could all be in one server with a different insim than the cruise but to benefit those who misbehave or dont know or simply dont get it or repeatedly do bad behavior.
but by learning something its not that much of punishment because you know the end goal is go through these tests, and then you can go back to cruise again.
it could literally help with any type of rule. again its just a suggestion. and if bp didnt bother to read it all, why even comment on it then. i simply dont get you man. but anyways its just a suggestion. not the end of the world.

and yes people always think new stuff is weird in lfs. so im aware of that too.

EDIT: Ps. the driving school should infact have same money system as the cruise insim. due to the suggestion that if people go bankrupt they can take the drivers test and learn how to earn money. this option could be set at a rate like earn 10.000 in the driver school so your balance is good and you can afford a car again. something like that could be made.
and the driver school could be shown in this suggestion too Tc Welcome message suggestion on an entry screen: something like in case you misbehave or go bankrupt you will be sent to the tc driver school to learn traffic rules etc..
it could even be made specific to the violation made they take a specific test for that offense. e.g. you get uf1 restricted for not being able to overtake on the correct side. go to the drivers school to learn how to overtake correctly. then insim could have some keywords to show that exact test in the school.
