My question:
Does anybody has this Logitech Z-523?
And has it some good sound?

Have it -> awesome sound :-P but typical for logitech -> really hard base :-P and i don't share fuji's quality issues when loud music :-P sure it could be better, but it also could be more expensive

its got a strong bass, but the sound quality is a bit muddy ounce you push it hard. its a mid-range system so you get what you pay for.
