I'm in a chase, trying to overtake Borja via the right side. He cut me off because 'I was overtaking on the right', wich counts (if I'm right?) as interfering with a chase. If he didn't steer into me, I'd be fine and no-one would be harmed.

Pretty hard to judge this one. It seems as if he tried to "pullover" to right side of road - into safezone - to evade the chase, and accidentally hit your car in the process. This user does have a history of overtaking chases, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and leave him off with a final warning. I suggest you be a lot more careful borja.
