RE: report Benni
I had seen you coming and had tried my hardest to move out of the way onto the grass after being spun by my suspect and of which time i saw you coming and i maintained my position on the left to avoid you. Then saw you coming towards me and turn in my direction and made contact. Yes i admit i didn't say sorry, didn't even think about a sorry at the time. It should be a joint sorry, seeing as i didn't hit you, you hit me. But yes i was on the wrong side and i am sorry for that.

RE: report Benni
Accidents happen, also with this. I agree that Benni should've reacted a bit softer, and just maybe pasted a bind saying "Sorry / No problem" when he was the one on the wrong side of the road. On the otherhand, you didn't say anything aswell. When you are in crash, I feel that you should just instantly say "Sorry / No problem", of course with exception such as getting rammed, even though you may not have caused it.
When you are a cop, or a suspect, and such a situation happen you get frustrated and hell breaks loose, because that crash may be the single reason that you lost your chase, and you don't think straight. I think that Benni have learned from this, and will say sorry from now on, and it would help if you did too, as the crash was an accident where you both tried to escape a possible crash. So to conclude this, say sorry to each other when such things happen, even though you may not be the total cause of the accident, it just helps everyone get over the situation faster, because _a lot_ of accidents happens everyday, and if we need to sort out everyone, we may not have the amount of time required for the bad reports. No action taken. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives. |
