Timestamps:
31:00 minutes - The 1st instance keynemo lags
33:45 minutes - He times out here

Reason: If you watch the replay, you will see he only lags at times when R-S is close to him. Now, R-S said he would report this, but after I found myself close to his car and him lagging the same way, i thought it was too much of a coincidence, and yea, here we are.

● Replay Timestamps:1:47M his lag appears in chase. 1:52M he hits me in pits makes me loose my km and bonus.

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) First of i think he uses his lag to his benefits its starts with a chase 1:43m i starts the chase with him, the chase it selfs was nice, untill he did wrongside on AB 1:44:47.
But when i call backup his lag is timed to his benefit.

After he "lost" connection in chase he came back online and i told him off about his lag.

When i was AFK at 1:52M he drove nicely into me, to make me loose km and bonus.
I would see it as a ram TBH.

okay thanks, had a feew problems uploading the replay.

EDIT:

Alright, I've had a look at the replay and I'm also a bit unsure as to the regards of using the "lag" to his benefit.

Although I do feel that some action should be taken for the 2x occasions of Wrong siding the autobahn and the ram.

Well, I've seen enough. Check the scenes after he hit R-Sport in the pits, he did the same crap at the T-junction at 41:05, and directly after that at the parking zone at the roundabout. Absolutely deliberate and for the sole purpose to cause as much damage as possible.

This guy is not coming back here again.
