1:22 the guy is starting a chase and doesn't seem to have any clue about cop rules and binds.
he was asked to use strobelights and siren. "hazards will do" as he says in the replay...
1:23:30 - i ask him again to use strobe and siren
1:25 - i told him that he isn't allowed to chase like that... cop rules clearly say that you have to use strobe + siren
1:27 - he's chasing someone else... of course without strobe or siren
1:29 - don't really know what he's doing there...
1:30 - i told him to read cop rules
1:31 - still parking on highway... again i tell him to take off cop skin and tag and to read cop rules
well the rest is just a stupid try to provoke me... not the right behavior while wearing a cop tag

0:02 - i just joined the server, asked him if he read the cop rules and he's getting rude again.
0:07 - he's speeding while being a cop (130/90kph, 90/70, 140/120 on highway)
0:08 110/90 kph again, i even told him that cops aren't allowed to speed
reaction?... going 100+ in a 70kph zone again.
0:10 again 100/70
0:26:20 the guy is chasing again... this time he uses siren, but no strob again, only hazards.
i told him to use a proper strobe program.
0:42 - he's stopping me for speeding, he took ages to fine me...
0:44 - still didn't get a fine
well then i decided to run instead of paying... i really didn't get what he was doing there, but he didn't follow me.

well check the rest on the screenshots.

this is no adequate behavior for a cop, he can't control his car properly, he doesn't know the rules and obviously he's bad at reading too.

I can understand not using Siren when server is dead; only needed when traffic is around. But he doesn't have strobe program or TC lights installed...

Speeding wholly unacceptable - even if the server is dead. Attitude poor, from the UF1 chase them PITs were more like rams intro the rear sector not a clean swipe.

From what ive seen, rights will be revoked. User will have a 14 day suspension and then will have to apply and complete Basic Training, on doing so rights will be approved.
