What I dont really understand though, is how that Citroen can be that fast, and I wonder what the cops are in? Ohmy

I know why the cop couldn't catch up easily.. He probably was using one of these

I've been hearing the chatter on the radio was in Portuguese, so I guessed it was in Brazil somewhere, plus the road markings.
