Gunnars
I was considering investing in some of these 'gaming glasses' Gunnar's, because I'm very often behind a screen and get pains and eye strain sometimes..
From what I've read there are a lot of good reviews that say these kind of effects are reduced but I've also read that they can be uncomfortable, does anyone own a pair of Gunnars or something similar that could give some first hand knowledge? |

one solution would be changing the monitor's settings a bit, unless what you look at is white webpages all day.
I haven't gotten fatigue with slightly warmer colours, and I stay away from colder colours. |

I just leave my monitor in sRGB mode and sometimes I use gaming mode. I've never really gotten fatigue with that setup.

No you get heavy eyelids, because you don't sleep enough.
