Just to clear it up for any new players, who might watch the video, going OOB while being chased, is not allowed.

If that was not a "friendly" chase and if you have evaded the cop while driving out of the track like that, you have broken server rules 1.4. and 3.4., which are clearly saying that leaving the track limits in chase, is strictly forbidden.
