it was arround 19:20 / 19:40 i was driving at the highway.
one one time the cop came with another dude in a chache and drived behind me, i was still driving, than the dude was going to the left, and the COP ( [ER]MORREBOY[COP] ) was braking hard, i saw that so i braked to but to late i rammed him. i said sorry to him. but he losed the suspect of his chase. I was still standing on the gras, and i would driving away, than he chased me, and i stopped. he was a bit angry, and gave me a fine of 300 dollar, i said that i don't pay for his problems.
Because he lost one, he was going to chase me.
The fine was because dangerous driving ?
but it was a accident, i would not crash him.
so he said the pay but i would not pay him.
so drived slowly away from him and said why.
after a time he was still folowing me and i was going to drive some harder. Than came the 2th cop ( not a bad guy ). and i stopped.
he was very angry, and i have got a pay of 428 dollar or something ( For me a lot of money ).
i don't like it he was doing this, so thats why i report him.
I don't know who is right, but maybee you guys can help me.

I have not checked your replay, however, judging by your story, you failed to stop (via the InSim) after a cop tried to fine you for something you feel invalid. Once you fail to stop, that is your foremost offence, what you were initially fined for is now somewhat irrelevant. But, I will review the replay to see if the initial fine was correct and I'll go from there.

EDIT: You don't have a replay, so I can't really take action anyway.

I was braking. but it was to late so i rammed you
i drived away, because i wouldnt pay for something like that..
and i need the money hard.

I have some advice for you. Next time please:

• Do not run after you believe you were invalidly fined because the fail to stop fine overrules the initial fine
• Provide a replay yourself, you made this case, you should be supplying the evidence
• Make sure the initial fine was actually invalid. After reviewing the replay, you should not have been that close to the chase (evidently) and you had a lot of time to react but failed to.
