Razer had a firmware upgrade released for their mouse, you can use the mouse as phone now.
Twitter wants subscription money for a 100% acces as the twitter as you know it now ($5 a month) - If you don't pay all you'll get is Twttr, wich was Twitter's launch name.
LG announced a microwave with touchscreen
Virgin Airlines announced airplanes with a see-through bottom, wich makes people able to see the earth while flying (super handy to get over being scared to fly)

Google announced changes to Gmail, called Gmail Blue. At the end, nothing changed about Gmail, but rumors go it was a little hit to Windows Blue (codename for a new version of Windows 8 if I'm right)

Ironically, most of those april-fool ideas by these companies merge perfectly with the other foolish ideas they're having during the rest of the year.

I also think these april-fool hoaxes do not belong into modern times. Everything is linked and networked. If ,at all, they worry the stock-markets which, we all know, just causes the price of oil to rise for no reason
