*10.30 : Going out of bounds , stays there for longer than 20 seconds , in stead of spectate , returns the track using the mountain.

*12.00 : After 1 min 30 in out of bounds , goes out of the mountain , and gains advantage with the cops in the chase, still refusing to stop

*12.20 - 12.36 ( In Chat: ) Juze [COP] Informs him he's busted cause he was OOB , even so he refuses to stop , accepting the consequences of it's acts.

*12.45 : Rams on purpose into Juze [COP]

*13.25 : As the signs on the layout shows , in stead of waiting , accelerates provoking an accident with me ( [COP] Frozen )

*14.01 : Accelerates into the cop TIBE , ramming him , in stead of move a bit to the side

*15.24: Constantly ramming again.

*17.05 : Rams reversing [COP] Luke , also when going forward ramming at a considerate speed [COP] TIBE

You are permitted to use minor force/physical contact to evade arrest, but no more than the force cops are permitted to use on you. See 5.4**.
You are permitted to use the force necessary (including moderate rams) to break through a roadblock. Avoid damaging the cops as far as possible. Using unreasonable or excessive force (like running flat out intentionally in the roadblock) is forbidden.

3.4. Out of bounds/Leaving track limits in a chase
If your car goes out of bounds, you must return to the track immediately, without gaining advantage. If you're stuck outside, you are expected to go to spec-mode (shift+s) or pits(shift+p) to trigger the Insim-autobust-sequence.

Leaving track limits is tolerated to some extent, providing the general gameplay is not negatively affected and no other players get disturbed. Admins may restrict this to keep order on the server. Not allowed in chases at all. "Hillclimbing" is considered to be beyond track limits.

Can I just say that although it wasn't acceptable, he probably reversed into me because I accidently hit him on HW2 at speed. I sent him a pm afterwards in which I apologised and it was sorted out.

Well that doesn't remove all the others actions like the rammings and gaining advantage after going on purpose OOB and staying there longer than 20 seconds.

He will receive a warning for taking the chase out of bounds and not giving up after being there for some time. The hit 12:45 he will also receive a warning for, but anything else I don't think is intentional so I'll do nothing about them.
