[SKIN] Belgian Police skin FXO

So a belgium user was using a belgian police skin with FXO today, I thought the skin was quite a lot off place, without any kit, so I made one a bit more realistic and with Pipa's BMW M5 kit.

Love the Belgian Poice skin, way more classy than the Dutch equivalent.

Thanks for the positive feedback, was a bit challenging to me, I'm not the best skinner and I'm used to make simple cruise skins

For information, it's Belgian skin police of wallonia ( French area ), Flemish area have other skins ( Dutch speaker area )
