Start at 1:36:40 to he follow me and speeding in 100 area (like screenshot) ar 120kmh, after, in the 160 he overtake well but when i try to overtake him, he speeding at 165kmh and forced us to drive in wrong way.
- Speeding as cop is illegal when you're not in chase-
- Speeding when a people try to overtake you for forced a civil to crash or going in a wrong way.

I try to speak with him on teamspeak and ingame but he say 2 times (in french) : you can go,i do anything wrong. and on teamspeak he doesn't respond. i propose him to give me my money back and say sorry but No.

Hmmm, driving at 165 kph instead of 160, is kinda pointless to say. I am a mouse user and I can't drive constantly at 160 kph, unless I find a cruise control mod. I use the inside view, which is difficult to do the difference between 160 and 165, especially in a XRT while driving... I even let a space so you could pass, I could have driven on the middle of the side besides.

From the other part, you were wrong.

I saw your message via my overlay, but as I was in chase, so I couldn't answer you. But the point of teamspeak is atleast to speak, no to write but whatever.

He did 120kph in a 120kph zone, you should check the speed limits before you report something.
Val was at the right edge of the road and was within the speed limit the whole time, there is nothing wrong with going 5kph over the speed limit for a second. There is no need to pass him if he's doing the speed limit and no one was forced onto the wrong side.

As a friendly hint for you, blocking the cop is against the rules and you parked in front of him and blocked him in with your friend. You should watch what you do and follow the rules yourself.
