Did Samu request you to report David?

If not, I'm not sure why you reported this. After David got wrong sided, he ended up on the wrong side where the cop that I am pretty sure was chasing him was, and David subsequently wrong sided him (and you are of course correct that David didn't apologise). Samu did not complain or anything so why did you report this?
