I find the fact that your sister said those things very unconvincing. Regardless of that, we take action by account and not the user that was playing. So wether or not your sister broke the rules is not relevant as you as a account owner are responsible for everything that happens on it.

I will grant you an unban under the following conditions.

1. You will read the rules thoroughly and abide them. They can be translated to your language.
