37.14: User starts wrongsiding the full Oval.

37.22: While wrongsiding, puts in danger a civilian

37.33: After 19 seconds of driving wrong way, makes a new U-Turn , gaining even more advantage, drives until he escapes the chase.

37.55: User escaped.

User blatantly wrongsided the full AB. Gaining advantage which caused us to lose the chase.
