Mild Upgrade to my pc
Hello chaps
Its been many many moons since i built this pc and im feel its in due of a refresh, now i dont need an ultimate gaming pc. i just would like to bring it up to speed a little. Have about £200 im willing to spend on it,ive been away from building pcs for a while now so im interested in whats new and what i can do for my budget.. Here are the current specs, nothing amazing AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual core processor + not sure what motherboard is but it will more than likely need renewed if im upgrading. gb ddr2 ram XFX nvidia 9800gt power supply was upgraded when 9800gt was fitted, not sure what to. Its been 7 years since i built this so excuse the fuzzy details. Any help greatly appreciated |

RE: Mild Upgrade to my pc
It is really hard help you when we doesnt know technicals limits of your motherboard.
Download this tool: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html And type specs of your PC. Anyway if is your motherboard AM2 you will get problems to search "used" cpu. |
