Just a fast Idea, As Blackwood and Westhill was reduced to one week, I would like too see Koyoto and Jamaica was extended with 1 week more, so the new map rotation will be
Blackwood: 1 week
Westhill: 1 week
Jamaica: 3 weeks
Koyoto: 3 weeks
Aston: 2 weeks
Southcity: 2 weeks.

Nah, I think it's fine the way it is at the moment.
I think I'd be bored to have any track for 3 weeks tbh.

Nope. Don't think it's beneficial at all, people will become fed up of the tracks and activity will drop in the same way it dropped when blackwood and Westhill were on. The current setup is fine iimo, no more needs to be done for now.
