Basic Training Failed?

now what happened is when it came to final chase i said to him i cant do u turns and sharp maneuvers (something like that anyway) due to parents going to bed and my wheel is quite loud (Logitech Driving Force GT) and he acknowledged this, a few mins later he did a uturn... so i reminded him i cant do them again. then a few mins later he did it again and i got fed up to i just went off...

and then he fails me saying:

"It was a shame that I did not see a block the gap from you. There were many opportunities that you missed that could have given you a good advantage.

]You will need to work on your awareness of the suspect because you failed to react to the U turns. This meant that you lost a lot of ground on the suspect, always stay one step ahead of the suspect here; anticipate what the suspect is about to do."

and i got failed for it... i'm sorry but i told him politely at first letting him know i basically couldn't do u turns... so i am going to fail to react to u turns because i don't want to wake my parents up... and as for blocking a gap... again makes a lot of noise with wheel... and if i hadn't of disconnected due to being annoyed at it, i probably would of had a chance to block a gap.

I'm sure Chat logs will back me up if there is a way to see them on Training server.

Right, well of course we rate your training predominantly on the final chase itself. Prior to the U turn incidents I felt there was not enough from you to warrant a pass. The car control was not of a sufficient standard to pass a Basic Training in general when at 75% and I started to create a gap between us when going full pelt.

This goes on what would happen on the server in a real chase and you would have lost the chase here.

I'm going to be honest, I certainly wasn't expecting this from you as I thought it would be helpful and for you to work on these areas of improvement for the next training you take. I may be able to take it up with Luke for another go at a final chase as it was quite late for a training anyway; however, there is nothing [TC] admins can do here.
