15:30 I pull over and he fines me for "not moving for sirens"
Some time after that, he fines me again for accidentaly hitting him even though I paid him the compensation!
And after that I got banned.

Seem as he thought it was your fault for him taking the outside line then hitting the foam signs. This was not your fault as you were moved over as were the other cars.

I will refund you the 125€ insim and give Venom a warning about giving out incorrect fines.
