Today a(n) indonesian plane going to Papua from Indonesia lost contact, Papua residents said they saw the plane crash into a mountain.

Don't expect anyone to survive. If you crash into a mountain there is almost no chance of survival.

Probably the pilots that messed something up! It usually is Sad

Flying with Far Eastern Airliners seems to be somewhat risky due to obvious reasons. I wouldn't ever consider flying with airlines, which haven't got a flawless reputation of safety.
