Rockstar Support/ Gmail cannot be found

Annyone got ecperience with them????????

Send in a ticket I REALLY NEED TO GET ANSWER ON! How long time does they take to respond???


Im trying to log into my very old gmail, but it says they email dosn´t exist, but when I then try create a new one with same name it says the mail is already in use??? What to do

To give you some hope, the official response is

Quote:Tickets are handled in the order in which they are received. Response time is determined by support traffic and may take longer or shorter depending on how many calls, emails, etc we are receiving at the time.

But the comments are

Some people waiting here for a response for over a week.

"Your case has been escalated to the proper department. Please note, cases are addressed in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience."
That was 13 days ago.

So I would say its a matter of patience...

However, I think waiting is the only option here, especially if you got games or so associated with that account. If you just want to create a new account, as you showed above, you could still use the same email address by using an alias. Gmail offers aliases in form of [email protected], like [email protected]. If you use that address, all mail is actually delivered to [email protected].
But I would think about it twice before trying that.
