Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (22.08) about 14:00 (UK time). I stopped for a moment to ask something in cop chat. Then he started ramming me.

I have absolutely no idea what he was trying to achieve here. I don't even think he knows what he was doing himself.

He's had this kind of behaviour in the past and clearly does not understand/listen to admin instruction.

He will receive a 3 day ban for his troubles.
